Job Description

1. Take care of the complete Channel Distribution network for the entire North Region.
2. Analyse, monitor and develop strategies to enhance distribution.
3. Coaching and developing the sales team to improve competencies and effectiveness in the areas of Customer Management / Meeting Effectiveness.
4. Develop specific strategies for different trade segments and ensure optimum utilisation of Trade Marketing Resource.
5. Relationship building & Coordination with dealers, distributors & retailers.
6. Ensuring the adequacy of the stock at the Distributors point based on the Secondary sales figure SKU wise for the past 2 months record.
7. Visit all key locations to resolve issues and build positive rapport with the dealers.
8. Track the sales performance of all key dealers
9. Ensure maximum retail counter coverage
10. Driving company's objective for Volume, Value, ASP and Distribution Expansion.
11. Analysing of Dashboard Report for Region
12. Pursue systematic management through standardisation, clarification and the elimination of defects.

Salary: INR 3,00,000 - 6,00,000 PA.
