1. Negotiating the best terms for various projects and getting the best possible inventory for the sales team to sell.
2. Single Point of Contact for developers.
3. Ensured timely collections from clients at each milestone, and property documentation.
4. Sales Projections, Cash flows & Revenue Generation for target achievement.
5. To develop and manage the B2B space by the strategic cross-promotional tie-up with companies.
6. Identifying & Generating Prospects of New clients.
7. Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network.
8. Developing Strong Client relationship & New Business development.
9. Develop strategies and Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the clients need, concerns, and objectives.
10. Accountable for all client proposals, contracts, and any further documentation.
11. Drive incremental & strategic business opportunities.
12. Relationship management (with stakeholders, both internal and external)
