Opening for Transaction Manager- AGM (Pre-Lease & Sales) for Commercial Real estate.

  1. Looking for presentable seasoned sales professional possesses in depth market knowledge and sales acumen.
  2. Responsible for client accusation and business development by direct sales.
  3. Should be highly motivated and result driven with strong sales, negotiations, communication and convincing skills and have shown organic and exponentional growth in the career graph.
  4. Ideal candidate must have commercial real estate sales background.
  5. Possess pleasing personality and great convincing and communication skills.
  6. Should of direct client handling experience in B2B and B2C sales.
  7. Acumen to handle HNI/NRI clients on ROI and liquidity based profile.

Required Candidate profile

  1. Good understanding of financials
  2. Strong commercial real estate sales background
  3. Direct client handling experience in B2B and B2C sales
  4. Preferred experience of Investment Banking, Wealth Management, HNI Client handling, etc.

Salary: INR 3,50,000 - 8,50,000 PA.
