Job Description

The Commercial Real Estate Research Manager will be responsible to guide his/ her team to analyze various aspects of commercial Real Estate in India. Likewise, the role will also involve leveraging the knowledge & insights to develop various research & work along with marketing team for collateral products and pitches

  1. Guide analyst to conduct primary research to understand rental & capital appreciation trends in various commercial markets in India.
  2. Communicate & collaborate with leadership & mid-management across capital markets, retail market, office real estate market, etc. to understand evolving industry phenomenon
  3. Conceptualize & prepare thought-leadership pieces pertaining to commercial Real Estate in India
  4. Collaborate with the technology department to develop tools & technologies to drive research & market intelligence.
  5. Contribute to content marketing such as mailers, blog contents, social media marketing, PR, etc.
  6. Communicate & collaborate with peers from other companies/industries to develop best research practices.
  7. Establish a culture of data excellence amongst his/ her department as well as other departments.

Required Candidate profile

  1. A bachelors or masters degree in business/ economics or related field.
  2. Minimum 3-5 years of research in commercial Real Estate.
  3. In-depth understanding of the Real Trends
  4. Good written & oral English
  5. Ability to communicate with leadership & mid-management.
  6. Command over Excel, PowerPoint, MS Word, etc. Likewise knowledge of analytics tools such as SAAS, Tableau, etc. is desirable.
  7. Should be self-motivated & self-starter with an ability to multi-task & take new initiatives.

Salary: INR 3,50,000 - 7,00,000 PA.
