Achieving Sales Targets & Budgeting of the Regional Office.
Regular meetings with key clients
Site visits along with Live Demo's to make the client understand the need of our products and their usage.
Managing the Developers across the region along with generating new Client within the territory.
Regular review of team on the set parameters. To have monthly meeting.
Deciding strategies to enhance the sales.
Convincing prospective clients that your organization is the right one to meet up their requirement.
Arranging advertising to promote the property
Sending out details of new properties on the market to people on your database
Providing guidance and assisting sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms
Determining clients' needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them

Must be a Good Team Player as well as ability to perform individually
