Roles and Responsibilities
We are looking for Executive Assistant to Managing Director/CEO in a leading Real Estate Firm;
Job Responsibilities not limited to;
Strategy planning & execution to in line with company goals.
Preparation, recommendation and maintaining a system of policies and procedures that impose an adequate level of control over Finance, HR, Operations and Marketing Department activities.
Will work closely with MD, CEO to prepare feasibility, budgets, forecasting and performance evaluation of projects.
Need to support in certain reactive decision making by proactively suggesting, formulating and implementing CEO Dashboard.
Integrate and work closely with all teams / service lines to ensure smooth running and generate Adhoc Reports and review meetings
Record meeting discussion and provide minutes to MD and follow up on the task given.
Organizes and coordinates the monthly Business Review meetings, Midyear and End year reviews based on Zone Sales.
Travel arrangement Domestic/ International.
Overall administrative support to the Directors.
Consolidates information into understandable correspondence for Top Management
Letter replies, Mail Management, Credit Card management etc.
Deal with multiple stakeholders within the company collate and manage MIS, presentations and business analysis.
The individual should have great interpersonal skills and should be able to work on tight deadlines.
Coordinating the month-end review and PAN India review preparing the presentations.
Salary: 3,00,000 - 5,50,000 P.A.
