Roles and Responsibilities

we are hiring Senior GM / Head - CRM for India's leading Real Estate Firm in Gurgaon.
(Preferred only from Developer's Background)

Looking for hard-working individuals to act as an interface between the Customers and Sales department of the Company.

Job Description:
  • Knowledge of Preparing Builder Buyer Agreement according to payment plans decided by management.
  • Knowledge of Preparing Invoices for smooth functioning and processing of Collection.
  • Knowledge of Raising Demand letters, Receipts, Applicants Ledgers for easily availability of necessary documents to Clients on time.
  • Knowledge of preparation of Permission to Mortgage (PTM), Tripartite Agreement (TPT), and Amendment letters for Basic Cost percentage Coverance for Banks.
  • Ensure timely & smooth closing of Applicants data on monthly basis.
  • Knowledge of submitting documents for loans to bank, other financial institutions for approval of projects.
  • Standardize CRM processes, organization, and systems to meet both external and internal requirements.
  • Ensure to provide funds by collection from raised Demand letters for monthly closing.
  • Performs various activities for smooth function of client handling relations and maintenance.
  • Knowledge of preparing Outstanding and Receivable Reports.
  • Knowledge of GST.
