Job Description

  • Handling PAN India ops involving blended process– Pre & Post-sales support
  • Lead and manage PAN India clients with a coordination of team involving training, marketing,finance, business and alliance
  • Client engagement, Transaction tracking,Customer service, & KYC Mgmt.
  • Assess training and development needs of the team to improve work efficiency
  • Building and maintaining harmonious relationship with customers
  • Strategize customer engagement activities and create roadmaps to scale-up the experience index of customers
  • Driving collection targets and ensuring consistency in team’s collection performance by conducting regular reviews
  • Knowledge of submitting documents for loans to bank, other financial institutions for approval of projects.
  • Standardize CRM processes, organization, and systems to meet both external and internal requirements.
  • Ensure to provide funds by collection from raised Demand letters for monthly closing.
  • Performs various activities for smooth function of client handling relations and maintenance
  • Liaising with superior to make decisions for operational activities and set strategic goals.
  • Evaluate regularly the efficiency of business procedures according to organizational objectives and apply improvements
  • Oversee customer support processes and organize them to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Revise and/or formulate policies and promote their implementation
  • Manage relationships/agreements with external partners/vendors
  • Ensure that the company runs with legality and conformity to established regulations.
