We are looking for individuals/interns for cold calling in order to promote and sell services provided by the company, gather information, influencing customers.
A successful intern must be friendly and persuasive. Must be able to understand what customers company profile is in a short time and present our company details accordingly that meet their needs. The ideal candidate should also be patient and cool-tempered to deal with aggressiveness customers.
The goal is to gather more and complete information of the buyer and setting up a call.

Main Job Tasks, Duties and Responsibilities
- Contact businesses and private individuals by telephone to promote products, services provided by our company
- Explain the product category or service to customers
- Deliver scripted sales pitch to the customer
- He/ She should be adjusted to scripted sales pitch to meet needs of specific individuals
- Handle customer questions
- Obtain customer information including names and email addresses
- Record customer details including reaction to the product or service offered in the system
- Input Customer details into the computer system/Google Sheet/Excel
- Re-Confirm details given by customers
- Schedule zoom meetings with buyers
- Answer telephone calls who are responding to missed calls
- Contact customers to follow up on initial interaction
Education and Experience
- High school diploma or similar
- Knowledge of sales and calling
- Relevant work experience in sales or telemarketing
- Product knowledge
- Proficiency in relevant computer applications
