Opening for Land / Warehouse Leasing for a leading ICP i.e. Institutional Channel Partner firm 360 Realtors.


Please find below the JD for the role-
        • Business development and facilitation of warehouse land & industrial leasing business from corporate, Institutions and HNI as per their need for commercial requirements
        • Source & execute all warehouse land & lease/sale related transactions.
        • Responsible for deal sourcing, execution and closure of transaction across a variety of land/warehouse and cater to the clients requirements.
        • Responsible for overall business activity accordance with company set procedures.
        • Managing leasing activities for big giants with accountability for its financial performance and organic growth.
        • Keeping abreast of market trends to obtain intelligence reports regarding competition and facilitating the formulation of strategies to counter competition.
        • Strategizing overall Marketing Plan to meet their monthly target.
        • Managing MIS and all the report pertaining to the portfolio.
        • Determining client needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them.
        • Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing.
        • Promote easing through advertisements, open houses and listing services.
        • Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices.
        • Proficient in financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting.
        • To source & execute all land agreement & registration.
        • Acumen to handle HNI/NRI clients on ROI and liquidity based profile.
        • Facilitating commercial & residential property as investments for clients in various projects, organizing opportunities for various corporate seeking to invest in desirable projects.
        • Accurate knowledge on calculation of property pricing, rentals and return yields from the proposals and deal structuring. Maintain and update listings of available resources.
        • Engaging and motivating team for better results.
        • Go the extra mile to meet leads quota and facilitate future leasing/sales.
        • Provide training to in-house team about products of the company.
        • Evaluate performance with key metrics.
        • Evaluating marketing budgets periodically and ensuring adherence to planned expenses.
        • Leading team meetings, coach, train and mentor team mates regarding processes and practices, and explain expectations to them.
        • Preparing reports and analyzing employee data to improve processes, ensure resources are properly allocated, and maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction and taking corrective action, as needed.
