- Managing leasing activities for big giants with accountability for its financial performance and organic growth.
- Managing creative approach to enhance the value of the assets.
- Manage the Portfolio and formulated asset management plans to maximize and enhance the capital growth.
- Planning, zoning, tenancy mix, and implement an effective marketing plans to achieve targets.
- Initiating formulas to maximize real estate pre lease.
- Coordinate with fit-outs, move-ins and unit showing.
- Strategizing overall Marketing Plan in accordance with the in house retailers to meet their monthly target.
- Managing MIS and all the report pertaining to the portfolio.
- Determining client needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them.
- Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing.
- Maintain and update listings of available properties.
- Promote easing through advertisements, open houses and listing services.
- Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices.
- Proficient in financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting.
- Ensuring regular cash-flow from the project.
- Direct client handling experience in B2B and B2C sales.
- Acumen to handle HNI/NRI clients on ROI and liquidity based profile.
- Managing the team and ensuring the work done before TAT.
Salary: INR 8,00,000 - 12,00,000 PA.
