Job Description

Opening for Business Intelligence-

  1. Strategize & provide inputs to CEO for taking overall business decisions across Sales, Logistics, Finance, Project related Human Resources & IT.
  2. Strategy planning & execution to in line with company goals.
  3. Providing advice on financial & business matters impacting on the company as a whole.
  4. Preparation, recommendation and maintaining a system of policies and procedures that impose an adequate level of control over Finance, HR, Operations and Marketing Department activities.
  5. Need to support in certain reactive decision making by proactively suggesting, formulating and implementing CEO Dashboard.
  6. Will work closely with MD, CEO to prepare feasibility, budgets, forecasting and performance evaluation of projects.
  7. Need to successfully manage the key initiatives sponsored by the CEO to improve Sales effectiveness & sales process compliance.
  8. Deal with multiple stakeholders within the company collate and manage MIS, presentations and business analysis.
  9. The individual should have great interpersonal skills and should be able to work on tight deadlines.
  10. Coordinating the month-end review and PAN India review preparing the presentations.
  11. Acting as a bridge between the Director and the Senior Management and also serving as a point of contact amongst the members of the Corporate and the members of Companies /projects / departments.
  12. Finalizing the process flow for various processes and documenting the same.
  13. Coordination the cost reduction initiative/ budgeting process across the organizations.
  14. Monitoring production planning activities with Method study & work measurement.

Salary: INR 1,00,000 - 1,25,000 PA.
