  1. Good experience in team handling profile.
  2. Maintain relationship with developers.
  3. Very hard working with team management skills, ready to be always on field. 
  4. Person will be responsible for the revenue of that branch.
  5. Convincing prospective clients that your organization is the right one to meet up their requirement.
  6. Manage your client base through excellent follow up on leads for existing and new clients.
  7. Sending out details of new properties on the market to people in your database.
  8. Working actively on the scheduled appointments and showing buyers around a property.
  9. Providing guidance to buyers in purchasing property for the right price under the best terms.
  10. Determining clients' needs and financials abilities to propose solution
