1.1. Maintaining books of accounts.
1.2. Pass Journal Entries on daily basis
1.3. Passing accounting entries (Sale, Purchase, debit notes, credit notes, receipts, payments) on daily basis
1.4. Prepare monthly and annual provision entries.
1.5. Handle Bank Reconciliation
1.6. Handle Creditors / Debtors Reconciliation.
1.7.1 Calculation and payment of TDS online
1.7.2 Assisting in preparing and filing of TDS returns.
1.7.3 Handle GST Payment & Return Filling.
1.7.4 IT Returns, Service tax filing
1.8. Handle Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivables
1.9. Creating new vendor setups and defining their terms of payments.
1.10.1 Preparation of cheques and vendor payment processing.
1.10.2 Timely and accurate disbursement of employee reimbursement claims as per HR policies.
1.10.3 Salary Payment Processing.
1.10.4 Invoice Processing and Prompt and correct Invoicing.
1.11. Close Cash / Bank transactions on daily basis
1.12. Liaison with Bank and form good relations
1.13. Sale book maintain Local &Export
1.14. Purchase book maintain Local & Import
1.15. Statement for Debtor and Creditor Outstanding and Pre-Payment
1.16. Statement for Cash Inflow and Out Flow
1.17. Collection follow-up with Client/Customers.
1.18. Maintain General Ledger, etc cost centres wise.
1.19. Fund Maintain.
1.20. Accounting for Intercompany Transaction.
1.21. Preparation of Prepaid Expenses Register and creates provision.
1.22. Vender Reconciliation.
1.23. MIS Reporting.
2.1. GST Handling.
2.2. Issue Form 16 and 16A.
